Tangent was established in Denmark in the 1996 by a group of dedicated hi-fi enthusiasts. Within few years, innovative designs established Tangent as a major specialist loudspeaker manufacturer. Tangents products are consistently highly recommended by respected hi-fi reviewers both from the United Kingdom and beyond.

In 2005 the Tangent brand was re-introduced, now also including HiFi separates and table radios. As the range has grown over the years, Tangent has shown that fundamentally correct design can produce a product capable of achieving excellent performance at an affordable price.

Tangent offers a superior range of amplifiers, receivers, CD players, analogue and digital tuners, all characterised by distinct minimalistic design, a high level of performance and operating simplicity.
